So i purchased GT Gold Premium.
The voice server is working just fine, I can administer it how I want etc.

However, I'm having a major issue with the gameserver.
I want to run a Medal of Honor Ranked Server.
It sets up just fine and runs well, but when I try to enter the FTP, with the details provided, I get an empty FTP.

I am unable to manage my server in any way.
How am I supposed to control stuff like my server's name etc with no access to my server's files at all?

Well since it's a ranked server, I don't think you are allowed access to server files due to EA restrictions. If the config file editor on the premium page is enabled, you can use that too.

You can likely find a good answer by searching http://forums.gameservers.com/viewforum.php?f=10 . You may be able to find some RCON tool, if that is the way users manage it.
