Well, you need to resolve the issue that is preventing it from being added before anyone is able to add the server. If you try to add the server and GT cannot scan it, obviously I will have the same results.

Are there any options in the config that determine if the server will report stats?
Have you configured any firewall or router properly so that GT can scan the server on the appropriate port?
