Hello

I have just created a new team on GT and I am trying to upload transparent graphics for my Team Logo and such, but no matter how I export them, the transparency does not come through.

Just for brevity, I am a graphic artist for a newspaper and a web designer, so I know my way around graphics programs and formats. Is there something that I am missing?

We store all images internally in the jpg format so there is currently no support for transparency. We may switch to png in the future, but at this time there are no set plans to do so.

Depending on what you are trying to accomplish, you may be able to upload your logo with the same color background as the color behind it to achieve a transparent effect.
