I had to have my server provider re-install my server. Same ip, ports and name. Server is very much alive. But GT says its dead.

I am not able to scan this server, you can confirm this yourself on a tool such as HLSW (hlsw.org).
I would recommend contacting them to see what else they changed. Perhaps they made some modification to firewall settings. You may also want to check to see what differences you made to the server configuration after the reinstall.
