HELLO can you please help me out

if you try to set up the teamspeak 3 viewer
you receive a <iframe CODE
but its not working if i try to set it up on my website
if i put it in there
it comes out with all the text no image
can you please inform me what i am doing wrong

If you are running a CMS or some script for your website, you may have to change settings or enter it manually in the site code. Check to see if there are any settings to allow HTML in the space you are entering the code. Otherwise, try opening up the template files for where you want it and place it in the appropriate spot.
