Can some1 please help me?

We Buyed a Gameserver for Battlefield 2.
The server whas already used before so he is already on gametracker but with the wrong owner and old stats.

How to claim this server??

Yesterday i have try to get premium account but with premium account its still not working.
I think that whas a waste of money.

This are the details of the server:

Name: =BRO= Below Radar INF
Game: Battlefield 2 Browse: Battlefield 2 Servers
Address: 81.19.219.194 Port: 16567 Status: Alive
Server Manager: egon987 (claim server)

This is the failure we get:

We were unable to verify that your server name is 'GameTracker' In order to claim ownership of your server you must temporarily rename it to:
GameTracker
This server is currently named:
=BRO= Below Radar INF

Please check your game server config file, restart the server, and try again.
