This server shows up fine except it is listed as unnamed. When I change the name in server.cfg and restart my server, the name changes to Gametracker but when I try to claim the server it is still listed as unnamed and therefore I can't claim the server.

I am not receiving a name back in the query, or a number of players. You can see this with HLSW (hlsw.org) if you would like to confirm.


I would recommend contacting your provider. They should be able to help you look into it. Perhaps a reinstall is necessary.
