I had a similar issue earlier (on a different server), but the issue this time is not quite the same. The prior issue is now in the (resolved) section. Here it is for reference:

This time, players are not showing up on the server banners or on the gametracker server page. When players are in the server, no players are listed on either the server banner or in the server page.

Also, oddly, four players are ranked on the server leaderboard, but I don't believe any of the players listed have ever played in the server.

The number of players who have visited the server have reached the point that scoring has been enabled at least once, but those players were never added to the server ranking leaderboard.

The server has been up for about two days.

It may take another day or two for the stats to pick up.

If you just got this server, there may be residual stats from the previous server at that ip:port. You can either go here
http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/66.151.138.49:19567/top_players/
and delete the players individually, or, go here
http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/server.php?GSID=1410622
to delete all player stats.

Will try and keep an eye on this. Follow up in this thread if you are still having issues.
