Just noticed that our server's TS status is now set to Dead/Offline. This odd since when I set it up about 3 hours ago and setup all the GameTracker information its status was Online.

I'm actually talking on it right now, so I know for sure it's working!

It's gameservers hosted. ts30.gameservers.com, Port 9139, and Query Port is 9100.

Thanks.

I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.

I read up on your post, thank you.

I assume gameservers.com do not have any issues with Firewall settings or other, so the first section I more or less skipped since the Clan using this TS server before me had a working banner and they hosted through gameservers as well.

The permissions section I took a closer look at and this is what mine looks like:

So I must be missing another setting somewhere else?

Thanks

You still get the same error at the same step when using the telnet guide. Have you tried restarting the server or contacting support to see if they can get the options to work?

You may also need to look under Group -> Information -> for:
b_virtualserver_servergroup_list
b_virtualserver_channelgroup_list

I checked those last two permission options and they both have checkmarks under the 'Value' heading. I don't need to give Grant access to them I don't think? And just to clarify, the error I get on this page when I attempt to 'Update Scanning Parameters' is 'Could not scan server'.

I am able to Telnet into the server as well:

I guess at this point it's best I open a ticket with GameServers to see what's going on from their end. I'm going to reboot once more for giggles.

Thanks for your time.
