Your server is reporting some players back with negative playing times. You can see this on a tool such as HLSW (hlsw.org). Once you fix this, the players should no longer be detected as bots.

The scores seem to be the same between GameTracker, HLSW, and your link there.

Some players on the server report back with negative time played on the server, thus are reported as bots. If you can fix that, they should not be detected as bots. You can see this behavior on HLSW (hlsw.org) or the link you provided.
