Hi, the gametracker status for our server http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/108.232.225.15:16567/ is not tracking / updating as it should do. It shows no players when there is actually a lot of players or a full server. This problem have been for 3 or 4 days. Help needed! Thanks.

My serverstatus is still not showing the current players on Gametracker. Any ideas of what this is caused by? Anyone?
Would like to solve this really quick.. Thanks! |

I know this is an old thread but does anyone know how to fix this problem. Our server was fine until yesterday now the GT monitor says no players online where the names should be but still says 32/32 at the top.

I have tried different ways to contact anyone to get help. Even PM a GT admin. The topic with the issue that GT is not scanning the servers is locked. Where can I go now? BO tracking/updating is still not working
