I can't add my Ventrilo server on gametracker.

Can u help me?

Join Port: 5009
Query Port: 5009

My serwer is ON , but status server is Dead .

One of the following suggestions may help you:
Your server is currently offline.
GameTracker needs your server to be online before you can add it to our database. Please restart your server and make sure it's up before hitting ADD SERVER again.
You entered the wrong query port.
Please update your query port and hit scan again
Your server is firewalled.
Please turn off any firewall you have that may block scanning

I need to know where the firewall can be off! can anybody pls reply for me just that i cannot create a server because the server had firewalled....

If you are running a firewall, you should have documentation (or may be able to find it at their website) on how to disable it or open specific ports.
