You have the server claimed, so visit the manage page and delete it.

I am not able to delete it on the manage page, I can not click the button. Why is this?

The server was removed, but it is back on now. Why is this? And why can't I remove it, even though I have claimed ownership of it??

Servers automatically added, such as from GameServers.com have the delete button disabled.
