i've done every step to get a banner, i've typed in the ip of our server, and gametype, wich is counter strike source. However the banners keep saying the game is left 4 dead 2, but it's got to be counterstrike source. How can i resolve this?

If you claim your server you can change the game type of the page. Click the claim server link in the main block of the server page to find out more.
