everything is okey with server port,ip and etc, server is runing but gametracker monitor is showing that my server is down. i tried to update scaning parameters and it writes THIS SERVER CANNOT BE SCANNED. whats the problem?

Please check firewall settings to make sure gametracker can scan the server on that port and any ports are appropriately port forwarded if applicable.
