Hi there,
I've just signed up to the premium service, it's the bronze package as I only require the use of the feed side. Will it support BF3 and the chances of it supporting JSON which is lighter weight than XML. I have no idea why this got posted in the bugs area... if someone could move it.
I would like to ask about the guarantees with the feed. After just 30 minutes of using it, Gametracker suffered another Internal Server Error which has been happening a lot recently. I probably will not continue my subscription as the service is also VERY Slow, it's taking 10 seconds to get simple data from a server. It would be nice if the feeds were on a separate system than the site as it is being paid for. What are your plans for this?
