Our server provider recently did some server hardware upgrades and our ip and ports have changed. I can claim server. After i claim the server it does not scan. it does on the initial set up before i claim it. Our info is below.

Its seems to have started working..at one point it went 13 hours with out scanning. But everything is good now.
