our Server on Gameservers.com have become a new IP, now our Rank is lost. Please merge the Server stats from 173.199.64.9:19607 to 173.199.110.220:19607
There are many players how only play on this server for his gameserver time stats So please transfer the data. Please set the claim to me also.

There is no feature to change the IP or transfer stats. You can claim it yourself if it is your server.

ok i see thats the wrong way here. i open a ticket and gameservers.com will notice you. i hate lazy admins

We have never had a feature to transfer stats / change the IP and have never offered to do so. Since GameTracker admins do not answer your support tickets at GS, no one will be able to do so from a GameServers.com support ticket.

Please read the FAQ in the future before posting since this topic was already answered.
