Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. I will try to test against similar PC specs and UT3 before our next major GT Lite release.

The loss in frame rate is most likely related to GT Lite's screenshot system. You could try disabling it for UT3. In the GT Lite settings window, under game setup, click "Edit Game" for UT3. An "Edit Game" window will open, where you can disable screenshots and other in-game features.
