I create a server and goes online and fine but after one day its shows offline why and it not scan properly plzzz help mee..http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/202.142.179.60:27015/

You both will need to check the important suggestion you two missed:
Please ensure that this server is currently up and running and is not firewalled. You will also want to make sure your router is portforwarded correctly. GameTracker will not be able to scan your server when it is blocked, unfortunately.
