I tried making a new post in our clan forum.
I wanted to put in a screenshot and used the image button.
But instead of posting a picture it comes up as this:

Isn't it possible to put a picture in the message?

I have made a test me too but it seems to be that you can only post an URL to access to the picture

You cannot use a link to a page as an image since an HTML web page is not an image. Copy the URL of the image to put in the img bbcode.
