Hi guys

Went to check my RO2 servers today and one (our most popular) has been removed from the gametracker database?

Would someone like to explain who and why it has been removed as I have made no such request.

Servers are removed after extended inactivity automatically by the site after being shown as dead. If your server was down or unable to be scanned for too long, the site would have removed it.

Another option is that your account was compromised or one of your server admins removed the server page.

The server is full for around 12hrs each day and none of my admins have access to remove servers?

If my account was compromised then I fail to see why only 1 server was removed.

The server has been removed by you guys.
This would not be the first occasion you guys have removed a TWB server from your database wthout any notification or investigation.
Last time this happened to one of my servers you removed it at the request of another group becuase they said it was running with fake players and no one from gametracker even checked out their story they just removed the server.

I have had to re-add the server again and guess what from being 7th two days ago its now 496th.

We do not remove servers based on the request of others. However, if another user notified us of a violation of the terms of service, then it could have been removed.

I have rarely (I could count on one hand) removed servers from the database in order to block them. However, if the server was deranked, it would have been blocked so that it cannot be deleted and readded to regain its rank (but that is a completely different topic).
