Recently administration of my hosting changed IP address on New: 83.222.109.38:27534 and the old IP address: 83.222.97.67:27534 left for a time as readdressing on New.
As at a server IP was replaced the address I don't know who placed the New IP address of server in Gametracker,
I this saw when the New IP address went after old IP in rating.
Because servers had the identical name: WWW.K1LLZONE.RU the New IP address was banned on your monitoring.
In 5 days there is the old IP address: 83.222.97.67:27534 which serves as readdressing on New IP Address: the 83.222.109.38:27534 hosting will disconnect.

I am a proprietor of server. If I remembered mail or password from an account on Gametracker, I would delete old IP Address a long ago.
