the read me i got when i first got the program said that you could add runescape how do i do that or is it done already

If GT Lite did not automatically detect your RuneScape installation, then you could try setting up the game manually. Games can be added manually through the "Game Setup" panel of the "Settings" window.

I don't know how many different versions of RuneScape are available, however, GT Lite only supports the downloadable version (JagexLauncher.exe). If I recall correctly, there are browser based versions of this game as well.
