I am not able to scan this server on HLSW (hlsw.org). If this is your local computer, do you also use a router? Have you portforwarded that? If this is hosted by a server provider, I would recommend contacting them as they will be able to look into it for you.

I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.
