my GT profile vanished

Hi

I play Battlefield 1942.
My account name is mussels von brussels.
I had created a profile , made some friends.
My profile vaished on occasions but ( for some reason ) always came back.
Now it vanished many weeks ago.

Any 1 can tell me how that can happen and can it be restored?
