I am positive this is obvious to you, but you just posted the link to the Palestinian server list. If there are no CS servers in that list, that means that there are no Palestinian CS servers on GT.

this not a reason because Jordan and other country dont have servers in any game and if you add Palestine the people will be buying servers

Yes, users can select both Jordan and Palestine in server country and user country drop down menus. If you cannot find any servers with that flag in CS, that means that no palestinian server has been added to GT. I am not sure why that is "not a reason." We do not have any control over where other hosts choose to have their datacenters.
