Greetings all!
I hope this is only a fluke, I know I would be using gametracker and all the plugins designed around it extensivly so I truly hope this can be fixed better than I've seen some others be cared for. Complaint: I can't add my server to gametracker.com Attempted Input: IP: 206.174.106.23 (this is the IP that shows in my server ON CS:S right this second as we speak, which means my server is online) Port: 27015 (my firewall on my computer is disabled, the firewall on my router has had 27000 - 27050 opened for my CS:S server, which is WHY my server now shows up in the master list, when it first was only LAN) Conclusion: I can only assume it HAS to be some firewall issue, and if that's true, I HONESTLY have no idea where to look for it. I can't disable my firewall on my router. ANY assistance from ANYONE would be appreciated. gametracker.com has the best setup I've seen, and I love a good thing. Thank you in advance, ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Never mind everyone!
It turns out that while in your router's firewall settings, you need to identify the ports (27000 - 27050 in my case) TWICE. Once for TCP, once for UTP. Regardless of the fact that the routers firewall allowance system has a handle for 'both'. Better to be thorough than [fayl] ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
