My server was at 5800 place and immediately it was at 8000 and players are MUCH MORE THEN YESTERDAY !! I notice this bug in a lot of servers which are tracked by gametracker. Their ranks decreases like my server rank ! Please help

This graph appears to reflect the popularity of the server. You had a fairly steady increase in average players over the first part of the past month, then it jumped down a little around 1/9. I am not sure where you see a bug.
