I enabled PB screens through gametracker but I want to disable them, however there seems to be no option in server management pages.

Our servers dump players regularly immediately after a PB screen us taken, results in PB kicking everyone from the server.

I have entered PB_SV_AutoSs 0 into the PB on the server to no avail.

Some help please.

GameTracker does not set whether your server takes PB screenshots, it only serves the images for viewing on the page. You'd want to make sure that command is modified in the punkbuster config file and a punkbuster restart is issued (or a server restart). If you need help disabling pb_sv_autoss, just submit a support ticket via your my.gameservers.com control panel.
