I cant add my server Koliba BIG by kgb-hq.com because is saying that my ip is allready in gametracker.

I type my ip addres 193.104.68.15:27015 and it says

This server already exists in the GameTracker database.
We have added the server "Bosilegrad Public" to your favorites servers for your convenience.

193.104.68.15:27094 this is Bosilegrad Public
not 193.104.68.15:27015,thats my ip you can check it in HLSW.

Yes, you could have done this yourself right away and removed it yourself if the query port was incorrect for that server.
