I am not able to scan this server on HLSW (hlsw.org). Please contact your server host to check or do the following: 1) set up the firewall properly so GameTracker is not being blocked from scanning 2) start your server, 3) undo any other changes you made to make this occur.

I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.

HLSW port is blocked on my dedicated server you can not use

I am sorry to hear that. If you wish to allow tracking, you need to open the 28030 port for your game server; otherwise, GameTracker is obviously blocked from scanning the server.
