what should i do when i add my server it gives some suggestion like:
your server is offline pls help
& it even says switch off the firewall etc i tried all of this it dosent ads my server to gametracker please help :'/

I do not believe there is a message that tells you the IP is not a static IP, unless it was added recently. Please post the IP, port, query port, and game of your server and I will test it out.
