Your server appears to be running off of a poor connection or is just having network issues. If you monitor your server on HLSW (hlsw.org), you will see that your server consistently times out and shows as dead far more frequently than it scans normally. If you have played on your server recently, I would imagine you and your players have experienced this also.

I would recommend contacting your game server provider to resolve the issue for you. Brazil is notorious for poor internet, so your server connection issues may not be completely resolved

this host use 50 mb Fiber-optic, but ok
