The best option would be to contact your game server provider to request that they look into it for you. It is likely due to port for your server not being opened (TCP UDP) for your server firewall.

If you need to edit it yourself, you should have documentation that came with your firewall that guides you on certain features. Unfortunately I do not know how to configure each and every firewall available. As I recommended, contacting your server provider should help you as they will know how to update the firewall.
