Our server (http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/109.70.148.24:27567/) Is listed as not eligable to be ranked.
I can assure you that it does not run any bot hacking scripts, or infact, any bots at all.
I assume it may be tied to the IP (Shared gameserver host, gamingdeluxe.co.uk), or the previous owner of a server on this port (it is a new server).
Can I get the ranking reset, if at all possible please?

Trade maps automatically trigger the deranking. Once you no longer run those types of maps, please update this thread and it will be possible to rerank it.

Ah okay. Maybe you should alter the error to reflect that? We are an event server so we wont be changing the map, but it could have saved us both some time
