What does not work about it on the GT site end?

thanks for the reply burn we updated our website and now it will not take the iframe code, we have no problem with the <a href code.
we can load the iframe code tru the cpanel but it so much faster and easer to load it from the website and not from the cpanel.

That sounds like something to do with your website coding. I would recommend contacting who ever manages/develops it for support with adding iframes.
