Is there any chance to get our rank (222) back that we had before all servers at gportal where blocked? Problem seams to be solved now but wudl be nice, coz our server was running 24 and not dead.

Unfortunately we cannot fudge the data you may have had when it was down. You should notice it get back to around where it was withing 3-7 days if it is just as popular. Hopefully these issues with your server provider is only a one time occurrence.
