i need help on claim ownership..can some one help me plz

What are you having trouble with in that process? If you click the (?) button next to the claim button, it will give you instructions on how to claim the server. Basically, you change the name to GameTracker temporarily then hit the claim button.

kk,where do u change the name. i have tried everything.and now my server is dead

Changing the server name is usually done through the server config, RCON tools, or RCON ingame. If you have no idea how to administrate your game server, I would recommend using google to find resources.

If your server is dead, please ensure that it is online and that GameTracker can scan it. So, you may need to make the appropriate changes in your firewall or router so the scanners are not blocked.

KK,THE NAME HAS BEEN CHANGED NOW.BUT WHEN I GO CLAM IT .IT SYAS CANT SCAN SERVER.ALL MY FIREWALL IS OFF.sorry for caps

Is this server hosted at GameServers.com (assuming the server is 68.232.178.124:64000)? I would recommend contacting them for help getting it scanning if my assumption is correct.

If you are hosting the server from your home, you may also need to portforward in your router.
