I want to draw your attention towards gametracker issues in india.
most of the servers not tracked by gametracker in india. you know the reason why??
DDos attacks..so international routing off...so most of the servers (specially counter strike servers) are dead on gametracker..

i have a suggestion if you can have one of your server in india with indian Ip. all problems will get resolve..so all the indian servers will get tracked..(don't forget india is a huge market for Gaming Industry)

The best thing for you to do would be to use decent DDOS protection so you can prevent most DDOS attacks and mitigate them more easily when they occur. However, you will always be free to use a very simple, very temporary "band-aid" solution like completely blocking all foreign traffic. So, the best thing to do would be to invest in decent DDOS protection or find another provider who can. However, if you are looking for the easy route out, you can always allow the GT scanners as mentioned in the sticky thread.
