Namely someone delete my server from GameTracker.

And i don't know why, my server has been deleted.

Hi,

Servers are automatically deleted after extended downtime. If this was the case with your server, then it could have been removed this way. It would not necessarily have to be "down," but as long as GT is unable to scan the server it is possible.

Servers can also be removed by users who have claimed the server. If you have other admins that can change the name, it is possible they could have claimed it and deleted it. Also, it is possible someone could have access to your user account and deleted the server. If you believe any of these types of issues may be a potential cause, I would recommend taking the appropriate precautions.

My server is always online. I think... someone hack my account and delete my server, because he is claimed . Can you rollback it?. Because i have too high rank to lose it.

Unfortunately there is no way to get something back that is permanently removed. You can re-add the server on http://www.gametracker.com/servers/ Your server should be back to a good rank within a week or two if it is just as popular as it was the past few weeks.

In the case that this was an issue with another user accessing your account, I recommend changing your GT account password. This action can be performed on the settings page: http://www.gametracker.com/account/manage/edit.php
