I have been trying to add this Teamspeak 3 server now for the past couple of days:

IP: 208.100.49.245
Join Port: 9989
Query Port: 10011

But I cannot seem to add it at all. Could an admin give me an insight of what seems to be happening? I have spoken with my hosting provider and they say that they are not blocking any scan requests or anything like that.

Can someone help me out?

You do not seem to have read the scanning error message for adding the server. Please read the link mentioned in the error and let me know if you have other questions.
