In the section online players show in rank column: green faceup arrow, red facedown arrow.
also, in score column: for example (+3)3, what it means that (+3) ?

The arrows mean that the current player rank has decreased (closer to 1, green) or increased (higher, red) due to a change in score. That (+3) column indicates that the player's score has increased by +3. These are shown when the page automatically updates when GT scans the server.
