Hello! We have had this server banner with no change in IP for close to 4 months now and we dont want to lose our rank by deleting, but we DEFINETLY know its up. We currently have around 100 users online but whenever we try to update our gametracker, it refuses to update. We have not changed our Server IP, there is no firewall, and we have followed everything that is advised and still no luck. Any help would be great. Thank you ahead of time!

Hello,
Would you mind posting a link to the respective server(s)? ![]() |

Hello,
Your server is currently not responding on the gamespy4 protocol. Please confirm the following for me: 1) You are running the most recent version of the server 2) You have taken off minequery/minecraftviewer 3) You have querying enabled and the query port set in the server properties 4) There is nothing blocking the port (home routers, for example, can also block traffic) 5) We have only tested scanning against the stock and bukkit binaries. Are you running one of these? Also, look in your logs to see if there may be anything problematic. You can force a scan by pressing update scanning parameters on http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/server.php?GSID=2431332 Please also let me know what changes you made to the server at the time this started to occur. ![]() |

we got the minecraft_server.jar 1.3, nothing else since craftbukkit hasn`t uploaded it`s update for 1.3 and it a new folders for a temp world to try out 1.3 Hope this helps
Edit: This started last night before the update to 1.3. When it forced stopped with this error Out of Memory something like that. We are starting to lose ranking because the banner is down.
