Unfortunately not many server providers host Garry's Mod servers. From my understanding, the server requires a lot of resources that make it not very feasible to run. You could use google to get a sample of providers that offer per slot pricing, otherwise you can look up dedicated server boxes (or VPS servers if you want something smaller). GameServers has good dedicated packages, as does choopa.com.
