Hello,

I would assume your CS:GO server does not have the correct steamappid. You can review them here https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Steam_Application_IDs

If you have the correct appid, please post a link to the server.

I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.
