Our clan master got banned by someone from your team and nobody can now edit GT page/manage users/etc. Can you give me Clan Managment? It's really necessary for us.

And what is the ban reason for him? He wrote to you 2nd e-mail and still no answer.

There there is currently no policy on transferring ownership of teams at this time. Please have him include the desire to transfer ownership in his appeal email (ensure he is emailing from the address on his account). As mentioned on his profile, only successful appeals will receive a response.

We do not discuss individual account suspensions on the forum. We assume it should be obvious to a user that their account may be suspended without notice when they blatantly break the Terms of Service or other stated rules. Common reasons include spamming (forums, blogs, comments, etc.), repetitive abuse of nickname claiming, posting illegal content, and server page abuse among other possible reasons.
