Hello,

Your server is not responding with the server info.

I would recommend contacting your server provider so that GT can scan your server via the UDP protocol. You can also try whitelisting the scanner IPs mentioned in that error.
I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.
