Why is there no place to contact the Gametracker staff? I need to speak with a Gametracker admin or staff please.

Ok, well our Team, which consists of approximately 80 members, needs help with a Gametracker user that has been harassing our members for more than 6 months now. He has made nearly 10 different Gametracker accounts and spams and harasses our members through private messages and through our server's Gametracker message forum. This user has also made me delete a youtube account where he has also harassed me. You don't only have to hear this from myself, but I can also have the our members vouch for what has been going on you can see the messages he leaves on our server.

If something can be done about this, please let me know and I will send you further information.

You may advise your fellow teammates to use the "block" button when receiving abusive private messages. Forum and server posts may be reported for abuse by clicking the "Flag" icon. We review these posts periodically.

For external services such as youtube, you will need to contact their support team for assistance.

We have tried blocking this user for quite sometime, however this user keeps changing his Account name hence rendering our blocks useless needless to say.

What would you suggest us to do?

Bails

There needs to be an IP ban to keep this user from creating more accounts, or an admin needs to talk to him and advise him that he is violating the Terms of Service.
