I'd say the problem is definetly your end TBH.

Our server is up and always has been. The monitor on our website

Was saying it was down, it is now saying it is online but down LOL

Also when I go to the banner creation section for our TS it is saying the same there?

I haven't changed a thing and it was working fine before.

I'm open to advise on this.

Thanks for actually posting the address. I'd recommend you visit the TS3 for to find the permissions you need for the server to report the player list.

I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.

I did that when I first set it up. It was working fine and had been for weeks untill a few days ago :o)
